Energy is central to a player when the main focus of his game is to increase move up in levels quickly. Energy is spent when a player performs a job. Every job requires a certain amount of energy to be exhausted. Energy should be spent very wisely and conservatively because it is only replenished at a rate of 1 point every 5 minutes. And since it is the primary requirement to do a job, you should always look for ways to increase your energy levels.
Health
A player's health is also very important to him because it means that he can win most of his fights if he is healthy. Your health also proves as your protection from rival mafias because they will most probably analyze you before attacking and if you have good health points then they are likely to back off. If you however lose your health then you can easily get it replenished from the hospital for a price.
Stamina
A player's stamina in the game determines how many fights he can take part in. Getting your stamina replenished is a little difficult as it regenerates at a rate of 1 point every 5 minutes. The bad news is that if you lose your fights, you'll be using your stamina up but gaining nothing in return. Another way to refill your stamina is to get it from the godfather using your reward points.
Money
Mafia Wars money is also very crucial since it means you can buy the best equipment and make your mafia strong. Money is also very important to leveling up as you'll need to purchase equipment to perform many jobs successfully. Therefore, you should look for different techniques to earn more and more cash as possible and then bank it so that the risk of losing it is reduced.
